When one is born, the mind starts its journey pure and with absolute innocence.
Then, as they grow, the mind starts picking and storing information, first from their mother's or caregiver's voice to other sounds and activities in their environment. This information-gathering process continues as they continue the self-awareness and self-discovery journey in the new world.
With time, the different sections of the mind start developing to allow reasoning, perception, memory, intuition, imagination, and will.
The subconscious mind continues to store information, and early influences like family, friends, community, media, and school play a massive role in developing and shaping belief structures.
While collecting this information, the subconscious mind does not filter what to store and also stores bad experiences like trauma and other occurrences that cause distress. It even stores some things we are not even aware of.
All these mental programs shape our current experiences and influence how we live. From how we behave, react to situations, and approach investments and relationships, the mind plays a central role, whether we know it or not.
The mind is a combination of many components working together to impact our reality. This makes it difficult to understand and navigate the mind to our advantage.
Understanding the Subconscious Mind
Alia Yasmin Khan is a mindset coach and owner of Sublime Knowledge. She helps individuals find their life's purpose by guiding them to increase their awareness and rewrite the mental programs that work against them.
She has mapped the mind and uses simplified methods to help her clients understand the mind and realize which areas they can change to experience fulfilling lives.
Alia explains that to make lasting life changes, one must tackle the mental programs in the subconscious mind, which acts as the automatic response system that dictates our life experiences.
It reserves 95% of our mental programming and is responsible for our feelings, urges, thoughts, and memories that linger out of our conscious mind.
The subconscious mind influences our behaviors and experiences based on how it interprets situations, whether for survival or for thriving. When the mental programs serve you well, you will succeed.
But since the mind also stores self-limiting thoughts, trauma, feelings of anger, childhood problems, negative patterns in relationships, and prejudices, these might block you from success.
Alia Yasmin's Journey
Before finding her turning point, Alia Yasmin lived a life of distress filled with traumatic experiences and depression.
She lost her father, her cousin, and her friend in quick succession as a child. Her mother was constantly sick, and Alia lived most of her first two decades worrying about losing her.
Because of her experiences, she had no will to live her teenage life. She was continuously depressed and battling suicidal thoughts.
Alia Yasmin's life turned around when she found solace in meditation. Daily meditation provided her with inner peace during her difficult moments. It gave her clarity and understanding of the things she could control and those she couldn't.
One night, during her deep meditation, Alia experienced a satori moment that expanded her awareness. She spent the following six months writing information that was flooding her mind.
This new awareness gave her a deeper meaning of life and the mind. She started guiding her community to understand the complexities of the mind and how it impacts their lives.
Seeing the changes in their lives inspired her to reach out beyond her community to spread her knowledge. Her mission led her to start Sublime Knowledge, her mindset coaching company, and to create the Intuitive Ascending Mind Program, a tool to guide the individual into the unseen world of the mind and help them rewrite their mental programs.
Alia Yasmin uses simplified methods to guide individuals to open their awareness of the subconscious mind and gain control of their lives to prosper in love, health, and wealth.
